The animal ear is often exposed to diseases of various grounds and causes, for that reason appropriate and careful diagnosis is essential. A specialist otological consultation at our clinic is based on an interview with the owner, clinical examination of the patient and conducting laboratory tests, including cytology, routinely performed at each visit. Each therapy is selected individually so that it is the most effective.
In addition, at our clinic, we perform video otoscopy, i.e. endoscopic examination of the ear, which is the only method of assessing the eardrum and structures of the outer ear.
As one of the few in Poland, we offer have the opportunity to conduct the BAER test (also known as BERA or ABR), which is one of the objective methods for determining the degree and type of hearing loss in both humans and animals.
